THINGS TO CONSIDER WHILE SHOPPING ONLINE

People should enjoy a safe online shopping experience. Therefore, they should follow a number of simple, common sense procedures while they are online.
Note refund, warranty, guarantee and other policies.
Ensure that  you are dealing with a reputable, reliable merchant that will offer you online shopping peace-of-mind that you would get elsewhere. If the online merchant doesn't post sufficient information to furnish your information need such as policies, consider taking your shopping elsewhere.
·         Look for the latest credit card password procedures, such as Verified by Visa.
Major credit card issuer has come up with a secure system online that involves use of a password known only to the credit card owner. Users now have highest form of online security possible when shopping, and so you should look for sites that support these new standards.

·         Make sure that the checkout process is secure
·         Ensure that you are using a website that provides full "encryption" over the credit card transaction, which helps to ensure that your credit card information can't be accessed while it is in transit. You can determine this by looking for a small "padlock" at the bottom of your browser screen, or by a message indicating that you are entering a secure site.

·         Look for privacy and security policies
A company that is very conscious about security issues will most often post some information online for you to read. Take the time to look for the security and privacy policies that the online store might have posted and read them, since this will give you more comfort that you are shopping with a site that will carefully guard your credit card and personal information.

·         If concerned, do due diligence
Dealing  with an online store, but are unsure whether they are reliable and credible, do a search for them on the Internet, to see if other consumers have expressed concern or have had positive or negative experiences.

·         Understand the "safe-shopping" policies established by the issuer of your credit card
Take the time to understand the guarantees that your card-issuer offers with respect to shopping online. You will likely find that even if you are subjected to an online fraud, you will not be liable for any loss greater than $50, which should put your mind to rest.

SHOPPING GUIDE

f you believe that your footwear have nothing to do with your health, you're making a mistake. If you always wear comfortable, flat footwear, you do not have lots to stress about with regards to your feet. However, if you love heels, you can be doing your entire body a disservice. As opposed to giving up the heels which you like, think about thinking of a better way to wear them and then a way to massage your feet so that you do not have any long-term difficulties associated with women's shoes that you love so deeply.

First, you need to understand what some women's' footwear can do to your feet. High heels which are even an inch high can cause injury to your feet that you cannot correct in the long term. These push the foot in to an unnatural position and that causes damage and strain to the ligaments and the toes in your feet. It can also cause you to injure your spine. When you wear high heels for women's footwear, you're throwing your center of gravity forward, and your back takes the strain of this to hold you upright. If you have back problems, it can be your choice of footwear that is part of the issue.

There are businesses, however, that are specialists in making footwear which are comfortable for women's feet. For example, Rieker shoes are specially and individually designed for the shape and pressure places of the female foot. A lot of my girlfriends have said that their backs and feet have not ever felt better than when they are wearing Rieker shoes. That is right - Rieker shoes even make your back feel awesome!

That being said, you can understand why high heeled women's shoes are not the very best choice. There is truly no way to wear them that does not cause this strain on your body. Nevertheless, that does not mean that you need to give them up. You have to limit when you wear them. If you wear them to work, kick them off while you're sitting down at your desk. Put them on when you arrive there and take them off before you go home. If you love to wear them out over the weekend, limit when you wear them during the course of the week. The key is a middle of the road approach with frequent breaks for your feet.

When you are not wearing your heels for women's shoes, wear the most comfortable footwear that you are able to find. If you have difficulties with your arches, make certain you get women's footwear that are made to provide support for your arches. Wear comfortable slippers at home if you are able to, and have good sneakers and other comfortable options for being out-doors, running errands, and any other time when you need to have footwear on your feet. Though these footwear cannot undo damage, they can give your feet the break they need when you feel that high heels are essential to your wardrobe otherwise.

You can also make better choices for women's shoes when you are purchasing heels. Though any heel can inflict damage, you can go along with a lower heel for additional comfort and fewer feet difficulties. Also get footwear that do not bind your toes and that have a cushion against your feet rather than something hard and unforgiving. Womens shoes do not need to hurt you to look great. Also remember to find some good looking flats that can cause you to look equally as good as heels can, even if they are not your first choice. Your feet will reward you with less pain and better posture throughout life.
